Town Wide Tag Sale- Let’s Enjoy This Event- Safely

ANNUAL TOWNWIDE TAG SALE
The Tag Sale will take place on Saturday, September 19th from 9 am to 4 pm PENDING last-minute restrictions from the Governor or other officials.  As of now, it has been decided to go forward with this much anticipated outdoor event. The Califon First Aid Squad and the Governing body of Califon urge all participants and residents to PLEASE WEAR A MASK WHEN SOCIAL DISTANCING IS NOT POSSIBLE.  This is one of Califon’s most popular events and an important fundraiser for the First Aid Squad. Let’s all do our part to make sure we enjoy the day by being vigilant in keeping a safe distance and wearing a mask when shopping at residents’ sales.

We encourage participating residents to please set the tone by wearing a mask when selling your wares if 6 feet of separation can not be done. We all know how many bargain hunters are out in full force in Califon on Tag Sale day!

If you are interested in participating in selling at the Tag Sale, forms can be found on the First Aid’s website at Califonems.org or they can be picked up at the municipal building. (knock on the back door!) Mail the forms with your check to CFAS, P.O. BOX 253, CALIFON, NJ 07830.

Maps will be available at the Flea Market Area by Railroad Ave and Academy.

The Flea Market area is available to sell your wares on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please note, space will be limited this year and we will have the tables spread out more than previous years.

In addition, the EMT’s will be at the top of Main Street by Walgreens participating in our annual Coin Toss.

Note – Cadets can join at age 14 & you can take the EMT class at age 16. Ambulance drivers age 21
We provide paid training, all uniforms, and a rewarding sense of community and helping others in times
