Author’s Panel

On Saturday May 17, 2014 from 12 Noon to 2 PM, Califon Book Shop will host a wonderful panel of authors of animal themed books written for children and adults. A children’s author, Dar Hosta, also a local writer and artist, will share her many books including Doggie Do! and Animalization.

Jon Gibbs, founder of the NJ Author’s Network, will present his middle grade books. His debut fantasy, Fur- Face (Echelon Press), was nominated for a Crystal Kite Award. The sequel, Barnum’s Revenge (also from Echelon Press), was released in March, 2013.

For adult animal lovers, Kim Kavin will share with us her books, Little Boy Blue: A Puppy’s Rescue from Death Row and His Owner’s Journey for Truth, a novel about animal adoption.

Jo Coudert will be there, signing her books, Seven Cats and the Art of Living.
