SHORT TERM RENTALS- Council Meeting December 5th

The Califon Council has been looking at ordinances allowing short-term rentals within the Borough. Short-term rentals are found on sites such as  Air BnB or VRBO, where people can book a stay at your home for under 30 days.  The ordinance could set forth restrictions determining how often a resident can rent out their home
