• Your 16-digit Aqua account number

o Your account number is displayed at the top of your bill. If you don’t know your

account number, please contact 877.987.2782 for assistance.

• Your zip code
• Your last name/company name as it appears on your bill

Let us know the best method to notify you by entering any or all of the following:

• E-mail address
• Telephone number
• Text/SMS phone number

If you acknowledge receipt of one method, you will not be contacted by the other methods. Once you provide your contact information, you are automatically signed up for the program!
